• The Airweld DC9 Stage 3 Modification Program

• Avionics Cooling Refrigeration Unit (ACRU)- The ACRU provides 50,000 BTU/hr. cooling to the avionics bay. This product line is manufactured and supported for Boeing, and is offered by Boeing as a customer option at the time of production. While this equipment applies to other aircraft and applications, we manufacture and support it for the Boeing 767.
• Environmental Control System (ECS)- Our primary activity is the manufacture and sales of small parts for the Airweld Inc. ECS. This product is designed for DC-8 series aircraft.
• On-Board Folding Airstair Systems- This stair is hydraulically operated from within the aircraft. This product is regularly selected by Airweld's APU customers to complete the self-sufficiency requirement for VIP Aircraft operations. This product is produced and supported for E3, E4B, DC-8, KC-10, L1011, A300, A310, A330, A340, Boeing 707, 747, 757, and 767 aircraft.
• Galley Refrigeration Equipment- Airweld Inc. owns all engineering, manufacturing, tooling, and test equipment for Chillers, Refrigerators, Water coolers, and Bun warmers. We provide complete technical support, new product development, and spare part service to both the commercial and military market. This support is provided for DC-9, C-9, DC-10, L1011, A300, A310,  and Boeing 747, 767, and more.

• Ground Power Units (GPU)- GPU's are a source of electrical and pneumatic power for aircraft. It's typically mounted on a chassis and wheeled from airplane to airplane to provide starting air and electrical power while on the ground. Airweld Inc., under license to AlliedSignal, manufactures and sells spare parts for the estimated 1100 units in service worldwide. 
• Auxiliary Power Units (APU)- An APU provides pneumatic air for starting main engines, operating the air conditioning system on the ground, and electrical power for lighting and other power requirements. Airweld's APU products are manufactured for Boeing 707 and DC-8 aircraft. 
• Vapor Cycle Air Conditioning (VCAC)- The vapor cycle air conditioning system provides auxiliary air conditioning for VIP, military/government, and special operation aircraft. The system provides supplemental cooling for individual compartments. The system is delivered in 24,000 BTU/hr. increments; customers may choose either 2- 12,000 BTU/hr. or 3- 8,000 BTU/hr. evaporators. Our most frequently selected system, the 96,000 BTU/hr. system is in use around the world. Airweld Inc. holds the STC for the Boeing 707-300 and DC-8 series and a copyright on the design for the C-130 VCAC.
